What’s on the test?

-         Know how to find the lower quartile, median and upper quartile of a set of data.

-         Given a group of measurements, know how to tell whether or not they could be the lengths of the sides of a triange.

-         Know how to represent the connections among the vertices of a diagram using matrices.

-         Know how to graph a pair of equations and estimate the break-even point for Expenses vs. Income.

-         Know how to solve linear equations in 3 variables using matrices and algebra.

-         Know how to find the minimum or maximum value of a function.

-         Know how to identify and graph the feasible region for a set of constraints.  This is important – 1/3 of the test’s points are on this topic.
